Located along the beautiful Bow River Pathway in near the Bowness Park. This area is a wonderful place to go for a family walk, a jog, a bike ride or picnic. In this area (very close to this cache) I have seen beautiful great horned owls and screech owls, ducks, and foxes. In the summertime Bowness park is a popular destination to begin river rafting, or come together for a bbq at the parks fireplaces. Personally I love this park as a place to walk with friends and catch up while staring at the river.
Skanénay is a true love child filled with goodies, including kisses! (not the chocolates, REAL kisses! [swak style]) We ventured out late and in the dark and ice to hide this baby and in the heart of Anna's Calgary home before she moves to the west coast. Skye and Anna will work together to keep this lovechild going, safe, and filled with goodies for all to find. You will find it out on a lovely river day, smiling at you from it's hiding place.
