Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden near the special location of the Old Penlee Lifeboat Station. The station in now closed and the modern station can be found in Newlyn. This single story building with a short slipway launched boats into Mounts Bay facing St Michael's Mount. Although no boat is stationed here, it is still maintained and a small memorial garden has been created on the north side of the boathouse where people can sit and remember the crew of the Solomon Browne.

A micro container. You need to bring a pen. This is not a cache and dash. Please do not park adjacent to this old boathouse as it is on a dangerous corner. You will need to solve the puzzle below: 50° 05.ABC N 005° 32.0DE W. AB = The date in December that the Soloman Brown was lost + 1. C = Number of crew lost - 1. DE = Number of steps from the pavement to the boathouse door + 60.
