If you can locate Lewisburg's largest bird perch, the 140 foot 9-1-1 radio communications tower, you've all but located GZ. The cache, a camouflaged micro container holding just the log, is not on the radio tower itself, but is located nearby. Use whatever electronics you have available to zero in on the natural habitat that birds enjoy.
GZ is located on the property of the Union County Government center, a public domain that conducts business Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30. Parking is normally not an issue, just be aware of vehicles entering and leaving the lot during these hours. Evening and weekend cachers are welcome. Have fun!
