Geocache Description:

This is a Puzzle cache. Do not attempt to go to the posted coordinates. They are in a restricted area and the guard will not let you in. I put them there because of all the "pie" shaped objects. You will need to decode the actual coordinates to find the physical cache.

March 14th is often refered to as Pi Day as the first few digits of pi are 3.14. Pi is actually an infinite number that represents the ratio of the circumference of a circle to the diameter. The phrase "pi r squared" refers to the mathematical formula used to determine the area of a circle. The "r" in this formula refers to the radius of the circle. The radius is the distance from the exact center to any point on the circumference. More simply put, the radius is half the distance across the circle.

I've always thought that "pi r squared" sounds a little funny when everyone knows that pies are round. Anyway, you're looking for a micro cache that should be pretty easy to locate once you get the coords. That part may be more difficult for some than for others. I averaged the coords 300 times with an accuracy of +-5.4 feet. Please be sure you replace it correctly so it will stay hidden and hang on tight as dropping it could be a major bummer. Good luck.
