Lowick Community Orchard: In April 2011 52 local people from ages 2 to 80 worked together to plant 82 heritage fruit trees. The orchard now has 112 trees of 68 different varieties. Each tree has been sponsored by a member of the public and some wonderful heritage fruits with interesting histories have been chosen for the orchard. And the views are fantastic!
