Since folks often ask about Tupper T. Turtle’s extended family here’s a brief glimpse at his ancestry. Tupper’s paternal relatives hunker down in Turtle Mountain, Alberta, while his Mama’s family hales from Point Tupper, Nova Scotia. It is a documented fact that Tupper’s Great Uncle Trumann T. Turtle was a Politian, (see GeoTour cache GCC#001Post Turtle - GC5M14E) and there is additional sketchy evidence that Tupper may be related to Sir Charles Tupper, Prime Minister of Canada (1896) and Earl Tupper, the inventor of Tupperware. Tupper, himself, boasts connections to the musical group The Turtles (thus explaining his obsession with humming “Happy Together”). And of course, Tupper’s agility, cunning and dry-wit reveal his undeniable family connection to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Tupper may be a little nutty but unlike his chocolate counterpart he doesn’t have a caramel centre…However, he is a sweetie.
