Geocache Description:

A few years ago , Canberra journalist Tim the Yowieman was walking the trail late one afternoon by himself . The trail starts at the car park, past the Mt Franklin chalet information building and up to the summit of Mt Franklin.

An area where Tim the Yowieman spotted this unique sighting. His quest since has been to try to track down the Yowie both in the Brindabellas and other regions of Australia.
About 10 minutes into the journey walking up the picturesque trail he glanced to the left as something moving caught his eye. He was stunned as this brown furry 7 to 8 foot creature was walking through the bush and not on the trail. He watched the creature for about 1 minute as it navigated past the trees and thick scrub. The Yowie did not see Tim or look in his direction as it continued on. Tim did not have a camera at the time.

The cache is an ammo can placed at the exact location of this unique sighting. It contains a log book and pencil within a zip lock bag plus an array of quality swaps. Please re hide exactly how you found it.
