You will need a fairly robust vehicle to access the cache as rain can create wash-aways on the track in the rainy season.
This is a beautiful area so please plan to take anything you bring along back out with you. I often take a bin bag and do some CITO for good karma. We have spotted plenty of native birds along these tracks and Wallabies, Goanna and Kangaroos.
If you do intend to fish try peeled local prawn or sandworm as bait. Soft plastics and hard bodied lures also fish well here.
