Bear Head
The Bear Head Power Trail was inspired by the Head Alien geo-art just off of the ET Highway by Rachael, NV. DSK11 of Power Saw attended the Mega Event, Geocoinfest in Las Vegas, NV, in October of 2013. This is where the inspiration started. The Power Saw group of Jobok & Deedster, King.Tut and DSK11 had been talking about doing a Bear Head geo-art somewhere in the Medicine Hat area for a while, so after looking at some pictures taken at the Head Alien, we knew exactly what we were going to do. The Bear Head cache can be done any time, day or night, but is probably not winter friendly if there's lots of snow. While looking for this cache please watch for traffic, be safe, and most of all have fun. Ditches can be deceiving with tall grass and other hidden hazards, so take extra care.
