This forest is one of "Macs" favorite walking haunts and is ideal for walks or biking.
Cache is a green nano. Initals will surfice.
Cache is close to a stream.
Springwell Forest is sited on both sides of the Limavady/Coleraine road. The cache is on the left side as one travels towards Limavady.
There are several places to park along side the road in laybys and disused forestry gates, and care should be taken as the road is very busy. Keep an eye on geo kids and hounds.
The forest has reasonably well maintained tracks which can be used by mountain bikes and walking. Sensible footwear is essential.
This cache is situated a short walk from a forest track and would suggest waterproof footwear be worn. It is close to a stream so care be taken if geo kids are present.
