YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A PEN. IF THE LOG BOOK IS NOT SIGNED DO NOT LOG THIS CACHE AS 'FOUND', OTHERWISE IT WILL BE DELETED. For more information please read the section 3.3 in the help centre https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=107&pgid=823
This cache has been placed on a route well used by local dog walkers. Crossing the fields from Major's Barn estate towards Tean Road. Take the footpath across the fields bearing east from the disused railway line (accessed either from the end of Paragon Close on the Master Potter estate or from Drydon Way on the Major's Barn estate). Not too far from the old railway line if you're following that route from Cheadle towards Totmonslow. Please take care as there is a barbed wire fence near the cache. Once the cache has been found you can either retrace your steps back towards the old railway line or continue across the fields keeping close to the houses on your left until you see a small alley way which brings you out onto Aynsley Close.
This is a lovely area on a bright sunny day but can be muddy underfoot after rain.
