Geocache Description:

Plean Country Park is a lovely park on the outskirts of Stirling and is surprisingly bigger than it looks on the maps. There are many trails around the park and it is a great place to go for a walk with many lovely forest areas and a great kids play park. Caches are placed with the kind permission of Jennifer Davidson and Alan Petrie of the Countryside Ranger team from Stirling Council.

This is close to the edge of the park near the farmers field. It is not across the field gate so no need to leave the park grounds. If you are a competent mountain biker on technical trails then this whole series can be reached by bike. I did it to double check the co-ords of all the caches after some of the opening weekend logs and it was great fun! Please note most of the caches in this series are in heavily wooded areas which sends the GPS a bit loopy. I've been out with my phone and my Garmin hillwalking GPS to try to get it as accurate as possible. The cache is a small clic fresh tub in a camouflage bag. Look around the last tree on the left and the wall and you'll find it.

Congrats to Nirikina and LCPeattie for FTF!
