Leap to the End Traditional Cache

Please note: I originally mixed the coordinates between Hidey Hole 3 and Leap to the End. The descriptions now fit the coordinates. If you bring a friend here, just follow the coordinates and new description. This is dedicated to those who are so terrific in putting out caches for those of us who don't take our share of the responsibility. In recognition of Leap Year, this cache is close to Winter friendly. You might have to traverse snowbanks, but right now, it is quite approachable.
Without a snowbank, this would be real winter friendly P&G. For some, it still should be. Don't look at the utility boxes. Look at large shapes. Where would you find something easily grabbed? You may park in the airport viewing lot, or not. Please put it back within a child's arm's range.
