For those on the holy isle who prefer a flat walk then round the coast and over the hill to the outside lighthouse is great it takes in all the splendid christian and bhudist sites with amazing wildlife and fantastic scenery .
This geocache is placed near the holy isle outer lighthouse Pillar Rock it is unusual because it is one of the few square lighthouses in scotland. It is also a great place for a picnic ,please keep away from the edge of the cliffs,sit on the bump next to the lighthouse and look out to sea for whales dolphins otters and other amazing wildlife.
