You are looking for a small magnetic bison tube placed in Mattoon's Wolf Park with permission.
There is plenty of public parking on Western Avenue.

Welcome to Mattoon's Wolf Park.
On the West side of the park there is one of best small town murals I have seen. The people in it are Mattoon Residents..
On the East side of the park there is a plaque explaining confederate operatives in Mattoon during the civil war.
