Kamienica mieści się przy ul. Słowackiego 3 tuż obok kościoła pw. Najświętszego Zbawiciela. Willa została oddana do użytku w 1880 roku jako rezydencja mieszkalna. Niegdyś kamienica należała do Bernhardta Abrahama. W 1905 roku efektowna willa została zakupiona przez właściciela browaru „Jannisberg”. Browarnik dokonał gruntownej przebudowy budynku. Na tyłach posesji, w miejsce budynków gospodarczych, powstały stajnia i powozownia. W latach międzywojennych willa przechodziła z rąk do rąk. W latach 1947-1959 budynek pełnił funkcje mieszkalne. Do połowy lat 90. spełniał zadanie przychodni lekarskiej. Na całym terenie obowiązuje zakaz wejścia jednakże wiadomo nam, że willa posiada kilka zawalonych pięter. Parę lat temu zabezpieczono i odremontowano dach przed zupełnym zawaleniem. Ówcześnie willa stoi niezagospodarowana oraz znajduję się w rejestrze zabytków.
Tenement is placed by Słowackiego 3 street near a Church of the most Sacred Saviour. Mansion was approved for use in 1880. In the past the owner was Bernhardt Abraham. In 1905 it was bought by an owner of the “Jannisberg” beer. He prosecuted thorough alteration. In the garden where the outbuildings used to be he built a barn and a coachhouse. Interwar the owners were changing multiple times. In 1947 to 1959 it was a residence again. Till mid 90s it was a clinic. Nowadays entrance is forbidden but we know that it has couple floors that had collapsed. Despite this it is still possible to go on the roof by stairs. Couple years ago the roof was renewed before it collapsed as well. Nobody knows who the owner is now. Mansion is currently in the register of monuments.
Das Haus liegt an der ul.Słowackiego neben der Kirche. Die Villa wurde 1880 als lebende Residenz genommen. Das Haus gehörte einst zu den Bernhardta von Abraham. In die 1905 kaufte die beeindruckende Villa der Eigentümer der Brauerei "Jannisberg". Er machte eine gründliche Rekonstruktion des Gebäudes. Auf der Rückseite der Grundbesitz, anstelle der Wirtschaftsgebäude und Stallungen. In der Zwischenkriegszeit übergeben die Villa von Hand zu Hand. In den Jahren 1947-1959 war er Wohn-Funktionen erstellen. Bis Mitte der 90er Jahre. leeren als medizinische Kliniken. Der Eintrag ist verboten. Es ist bekannt, dass die Villa hat mehrere kollabiert Etagen. Vor ein paar Jahren Villa hat der Dach renovieren.
