Another one in a series of caches for Leap Year 2016 most of which happen to overlook an area from which you can actually leap!

RobertoCache and I decided it was time for a new series to go along with our Leap Year event. We tried to include a variety. Hope you enjoy this one! BYOP and a tool with which to extract the log.
