How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Aesculus is a Roman word for an edible acorn. Common names for trees in the Aesculus genus include "buckeye" and "horse chestnut". In Britain they are more commonly known as Conker trees because of their link with the game of conkers, played with the seeds, which we know as conkers.

This cache is placed at a location where myself and a lot of other local children would spend a lot of time conker picking, and if you visit at the right time of year, you'll see why! Please take some for yourself! :) The cache is anchored to prevent any accidental submersion; please leave the anchor in place, there is no need to detach it in order to retrieve the cache.
