How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

You are looking for a bison tube inside a host container inside a host container, no tools are required, and please make sure the lid is on fully and securly. Please do not pull the bison tube from the host as the lid screws off. As always, have fun and be respectful of the area as it is on private property with the permission of the owner.

While driving to Pembroke, Amish Nymph looked through the woods and saw her inspiration for this cache. She told me about it, and since 2 heads are better than one, it became our new double header. We spoke to a friend of ours who gave us a sign that it would be a great cache. Upon further review, we decided that our original plans were way off base - it's now a whole new ball game.

We gathered our materials and looked for a new home for the hide. When we saw this spot, it was a grand slam!! Being that it's a privately owned business, we talked to the owner to cover all our bases. We swung for the fences, and hoping not to strike out we laid out our plans. After coaching him on how geocaching works, we ran down our line up. We knocked it out of the park and he agreed to our positions.

So, when you're rounding the corner heading for home, hold up here briefly and score another smiley.

If you're hungry, stop in to have a quick homemade meal, or get some take out to feed the home team.
