YES, THE LOCALS KNOW ABOUT THE CACHE AND IT'S A = OKAY with them "ESPECIALLY if you tour their building from the inside as well!! Enjoy it! Very Popular Travel Bug site. If you are their by day, Please Go inside and say hello. Let them know you are Geocachers. They help me stock the cache and even have childrens tours that they take them out to show them about Geocaching.
YOU should find this to be an interesting cache. It is unique and easy to pick out if you know what to look for.
