Holly's battle with cancer started 8 years ago but no one knew of her struggle, not even those closest to her. Living life to the fullest every day (step by step), she did not let illness define her. We were lucky enough to meet both members of the team at various geocaching events and shared a wonderful day of caching in Bon Accord one fall day. Holly was a big fan of caching and we had a blast that day. She was also a huge fan of CARW and we felt it fitting to place a cache this year in her honor.
The cache name, although fitting for our friend's life, also represents a memory. In searching out a particularly difficult cache, Holly was able to figure out the answer to the cryptic hint (Step by Step!) and was thrilled to do so. :)
Note that the original cache was camoed to look like a camera which was one of Holly's other life passions. Unfortunately it was muggled and due to a new farmhouse nearby we have updated the location and placed a smaller more typical cache container in August 2023. Good luck!
