The cache is fully visible and (only just) on private property. (Hidden with permission.) There is no need to leave the sealed path.
If you address yourself to the situation, and think outside the box, it shouldn't be difficult to find.

You will be in full view of the house owners, but don't worry. They're quite friendly. If it's raining, feel free to shelter on the deck while you sign the log.
