My hubby said he wanted to enjoy a lovely day by walking the trail and placing a geocache. We did a bit (lots) of bushwhacking trying to find a perfect placement for the Ammo Can in the Woods. We didn't get lost, but took multiple gps measurements. To be truthful, I was kind of tired of the whole process, but finally he agreed with a spot. Put the can down and then went to find a couple of random caches.
Once home, I was surprised to find all of my children and extended family. Everyone was wearing white coats and lanyard name tags. Decorations of flowers, stethoscopes and reflex hammers on the table. There were blow up photos of my graduating class. We began to celebrate the end of 45 years of medicine with beverages and food followed by Kinect games.
A perfect day!! Thanks so much to my family for the support and love and my hubby for his patience.
