Located in the Tonto National Forest, along the informal TEF Trail. You will need to purchase a Tonto Pass to park and hike the area. A day pass is $8, and is available at several of the convenience stores on the way to the area.
It is also only open from sunrise to sunset.
While taking the entire family out to do some cache maintenance, a cotton tail rabbit bounded across the trail, Mojo Spike and Stuart went to take a look at where it was going, on the return Stuart found out what cactus feels like stuck in the shins and hand and arm and foot. Fido kept finding more, it would seem they multiplied with everyone she would tweezer out...
As we did have a prepared ammo can, stickered with Paw Patrol characters, I made the short trek up to a overlook..
