Its here, Its finally here! Leap day has arrived! How could I not dedicate a cache in honor of this one in 4 year opportunity?

If you have been geocaching as long as I have, you may have remembered a souvenir, just one, for finding or attending a cache. That's when SLO Trekker hosted the memerable Ce-Leap-Ration. But that was way back in 2012. Four years later, I decided to host the Ce-Leap-ration 2016. If you attended that, than you may have the opportunity for an FTF.
