Geocaching.com has designated April 16-24 and Septemper 17-25 as CITO's week.  I will be hosting two of them with the realease of an EarthCache at each event.

Come and join me from 1-4 p.m. on April 23 at the main pavilion (posted event cords) and help clean up the Sheldon Woods park, which is part of the Indian Hollow Reservation, of the Lorain County Metro Parks.

The clean up will consist of cleaning up trash around the parking and picnic area.  Also, some of the clean up will be on the trails of trash and minor debris in the way.  Water, gloves and bags will be provided.  Please dress for the weather and some of the trails can get muddy after a good rain. 

If you plan to attend please post a will attend with the number of people coming.  Hot Dogs and chips will be provided for lunch from 2-3.  If you wish to bring a side dish, drinks or a desert, you are more than welcome too and it will be appreciated.  However, it is not mandatory.  If you do decide to, please include it in you will attend log.

The last thing to cover is that I will be releasing my EarthCache for this park the day of this CITO event.  It will be on the park, the Black River and the stone quarries that use to be in this area.
