This one is accross the river from what use to be a site for Council Social Housing- a complex known as Bowie Place. Sadly redzoned and demoed now, and it just seems so right to have a cache that commemorates the life and works of the incomparable David Bowie given recent sad events.
This Starman is waiting not in the sky, but in a tree. Wedged about head high, you are looking for a pill jar. Use stones to cover / hold in place.
