Bunjil: Apart from physically looking after a cache, cache maintenance also covers keeping the cache page up-to-date. This includes updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing needs maintenance attributes and enabling the listing.
As the cache owner has not responded to the request to up-date the cache page, the cache is being Archived on the basis it has been abandoned.
Should the owner decide to maintain the cache in the near future (next 30 days), just contact a reviewer (by email and include GC number in Subject), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, they will be happy to unarchive it.
