Geocache Description:

This is the first geocache in the Tidewater Taffy series, called "Hole in One." Search among the rocks for this one! It might be covered. It is a small container with a log and a few SWAG items.

This series, "Tidewater Taffy" offers 3 sweet finds in Richard A. Rutkowski Park, placed on Leap Day 2016 (I certainly took advantage of the extra day of caching!). This Waterfront Park and Environmental Walkway is a 32-acre wetlands preserve and bird sanctuary situated on the northwestern end of town that is part of the RiverWalk and north of Stephen R. Gregg Hudson County Park. It is notable for bird watching, nature walking trails, bike paths, and a boat works monument. A grand gazebo (Where another of my caches, "Tidal Underworld" is located) is available for a beautiful background of any picturesque landscape for portraits as well as a romantic backdrop for couples.
