Today is Leap Day and the downtown needs more caches so what better reasons could there be to hide another cache that you can find on your lunch break. I came up with the title because most workers being paid a monthly salary are probably working today for free!!
P.S. This cache was hidden in a small City park in the spot I found one of my first caches which was hidden by Old Eddy.
