In my Geo-circles, anything smaller than an ammo can was considered to be a micro. I even thought that every cache in the woods had to have 3 logs placed on top of the ammo can. (Those were the ones I first found.) Nothing like the THUNK of an ammo can. My first Magellan GPSr only showed to the hundreths of the coords. (This was good training for me on my first 148 finds).
I used to snoot on LPC's. Since then I've mellowed with age.
(Politicians would say that I've evolved on the issue.)
I found LPC's very handy to find when traveling in Urban areas, particularly when I'm on the road for work.
In June of 2014, I broke my heel. The subsequent surgery and recovery necessitated that I seek out LPC's that enabled me to Crutch-N-Grab.
So, these days I say "Why Not?" when asked about LPC's.
Anyway, here's one for you. Are you a skirt lifter?
