Second in a small series dedicated to Leap Day. Remember, the cache is not found until the physical log is signed. Any logs online not confirmed on the actual log will be deleted. Come on folks. You're a cacher, carry a pen or pencil. I almost always use a red stamp, but I still carry two or three pens always, not just when I am caching. Please use stealthy and replace as found. BYOP/P.
