內政部營建署代辦之陸光一村新建工程自開工以來，雖遭遇諸多困難，但在營建署、國防部總政治作戰局、監造廠商孫文郁建築師事務所及承包商新亞建設開發股份有限公司共同努力下，一一克服，全部工程共分A、B兩基地，已分別於96年12月24日及97年1月19日竣工。
