This cache is part of an array of 35 caches with a common theme. It replaces a cache by the same name in the same location (GC38PEY) that was required to be removed during the period that the State Land Department prohibited caching on State Land. Land Department policies now permit caching once again.

The State Land Department has no problem with geocaching, but we ask that participants know the following: A Recreation Permit is required to legally access State Trust Land. These permits are easily obtained by phoning (602) 364-ASLD or use the following link for a permit application.
