Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a new animal series I am starting within Brant County. I will be adding to it periodically. Each cache is an animal with a bison or nano attached to it. Some will be hard, others will be easy.

Sammy is a Snapping Turtle. I have actually gotten to see some really big, really old snapping turtles while out with Pasha88 and my dad. There was one out near Hagersville that was sitting in the middle of the road and wouldn't move, except to try to bite Pasha88 when she got too close. I am very glad that no one got hurt.

Anyways, in order to find Sammy, you are going to have to project a waypoint from the posted coordinates.

From the posted coordinates, project a waypoint 169 degrees for 99 meters.

Sammy is an odd turtle, preferring to spend his days on shore. Please replace him as found so he can stay dry, as he likes.
