Pasha the Pony! (A Puzzle for Pasha88) Mystery Cache

This cache is part of a new animal series I am starting within Brant County. I will be adding to it periodically. Each cache is an animal with a bison or nano attached to it. Some will be hard, others will be easy. 

This puzzle is for my step-mom Pasha88. Pasha88 really likes horses. She used to own horses, but doesn't anymore because she says it's very expensive and time consuming, so it was either horses or caching and she chose caching. 

But, Pasha88 still loves horses, so I have found a horse puzzle that you will have to solve in order to find this pony-themed cache.

There are 25 horses in a stable. You have to find out the fastest 3 horses. Only 5 horses can run in a race. How many races are required to find the fastest three horses in the stable?

Take the number of races, and add 3. Now multiple it by 30. Divide that number by 1000 and add to the following meaningless coordinates:
