Since I moved to the area in 2005 I've been fascinated by the tea trees along the foreshore of the bay. To me they epitomise the hardiness of the local plant life to survive in the harsh environment. They twist and turn searching for light and water, often growing horizontally as the terrain requires.
Emu Grove is a short stroll from the centre of Frankston and is a path down to the beach. Along here there are some lovely examples of these twisting trees so come down, have a look around and find the cache. Car parking available adjacent in Gould Street.
