Das deutsche Zollamt am Raupenberg

Dieses Foto stammt aus den 1920-er Jahren. Es zeigt das Zollamt, das sich schräg gegenüber des Oberen Gasthofes am Fuße des Raupenberges befand. In dem Gebäude war der Zöllner mit seiner Familie zu Hause. Rechts war die Amtsstube mit einem kleinen Gefängnis untergebracht. Der Mann mit der Uniform auf dem Foto ist Zollinspektor Hahn.

This photo is from the 1920's . It shows the customs office , which was located across from the Inn “Oberer Gasthof” at the foot of the “Raupenberg”. The building was the customs officer with his family at home . At Right in the house was an office room and a small prison. The man with the uniform in the photo is customs inspector Hahn .

Das Zollamt in den 1930-er Jahren. Bis 1938 gab es auch einen Schlagbaum. Vor dem Haus unten stehen deutsche Soldaten in Uniformen des zweiten Weltkrieges. Hinter dem Schlagbaum ging es zum Raupenberg. Dieses Zollhaus steht heute noch und ist jetzt ein privates Wohnhaus.

The customs office in the 1930’s. Until 1938 there was also a barrier. Before the house below are German soldiers in uniforms of World War II. Behind the turnpike is the way to the “Raupenberg”. This customs house still stands and is now a private residence.
