Shingashi Oh-hashi spanning the Shingashi River, a tributary of the Sumida River, is an important bridge connecting from Ukima area and the Circular 8th (so-called Kampachi).
From the bridge, you can see the Azusawa Boatslip for sightseeing water bus travelling through the Sumida River and the Arakawa River.
