Formerly, The Maitland District School Traditional Cache

Please Note:  This cache is placed on private property, but the property owner is a geocacher from time to time, and asked me to place this here. 

Don't worry about the private sign.  Please pull in to the parking lot to ensure safety on the road.  Property owner is a friendly guy, and might come out to have a chat :)

This property was formerly, the Maitland District School, but due to declining enrollment, fell victim to school board cuts last year.  I thought it was a weird idea for an individual person to buy a decomissioned school, but having spent an hour or so going through the building with the property owner, what a brilliant idea!  We may even host some caching events here in the future. :) 

Cache container is fitting for this location.  There is a small FTF prize inside.
