Piece of Pi Mystery Cache

Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.  It is a few blocks away.

In 2015, Pi Day (aka 3/14) was a big day in the Geocaching community with events and souvenirs and such.  In 2016, nothing.  Well, this is my acknowledgement of Pi Day for all you math geeks.  I don't usually go in for puzzles but this cache called for an obvious one.
