水碓觀景公園於1999年正式啟用，公園位於水碓路底，憲兵學校後方的水碓觀景公園，佔地10.50公頃的園地採斜坡式設計，配合坡度遍植花木，水碓觀景公園陪伴了許多人們的生活，近年來更加強其公園內的環境美化，栽植美麗的花兒及整齊劃一的灌木群。
