This area is part of the Parma Parks. The building and grounds are owned by the Town of Parma.
The parking lot is only open during normal park hours. Disc golf, dog walking, and a little pond behind the building is always fill with frogs in the summer.
On Thursday nights the parking lot may be crowded due to bingo players.
