Geocache Description:

The cache is on Arizona State Trust Land, and a permit is required.  Round trip hiking is a little over two miles. Don't forget your camera. Park at the north end of 14 1/2 E.  Walk east along the north side of the private road respecting the neighbors' properties.  At a large pile of rocks look for the beginning of a trail to the north.  Continue along the trail.  There should be cairns marking the trail as you go along the way.  Towards the end expect some boulder hopping and then look for the trail again.  Near the end of the trail in a big hole and under rocks is a hikers' log.  Be sure to sign that log.  That is NOT the cache.  Look above the hole and about 25 feet where there is a huge boulder.  Go to the base of that boulder and under a pile of rocks is the 30 cal ammo container.  The coordinates can really jump around in the canyon.  Take time to observe the petroglyphs.
