This cache is placed in honor of all the date nights at the Rio. You have no shortage of restaurants to choose from, plus the opportunity to shop along main street, go to a department store, get some dessert, and even see a movie...then take a stroll along the lake!
You are looking for a little nano in a fairly common geocache hiding spot. But this is all about the experience and less about the hunt. So where's the challenge? You may need something like tweezers to help extract log. BYOP. This is a high muggle area. Strategic parking and use of bushes as cover should keep it doable without being spotted.
