You are invited to a social Event at Mitchell's at the V&A Waterfront.
Make your way upstairs and come join us for an afternoon of Geo-kuier.
Please confirm how many will attend as we have to arrange numbers with the restaurant.
Cost of food and drink will be for your own account.
Time -- 4pm to 6pm.
But beforehand those with a sense of spirit and adventure can come and join us for an hour of fun.
Participation in the Amazing Race is not a prerequisite to logging the Event.
Should you choose to partake in the Amazing Race please indicate so in your will attend log.
Participants are hereby summoned to gather at Nobel Square just before 3pm.
Entries are for teams of 2 people at a cost of R40.00 per team. Prizes are up for grabs.
This Race will be bigger and better than the previous Amazing Race, held at this venue.
New twists and turns will come into play, and loads of fun are guaranteed.
This is also a test run for an Amazing Race that will happen during the Mega Event Weekend.
We will ask for some feedback on what you liked or disliked afterwards.
Suggestions on how we can improve will be taken to heart.
You will need to bring some essential equipment along.
* Cellphone with camera and internet access.
* GPS.
* Pen.
* R5 coin.
The actual Race will take about an hour.
Set aside another two hours afterwards for the social gathering and prize giving.
The social event will be upstairs at Mitchells.
Time -- 3pm for the start of the Amazing Race.
You should be done by 4pm, in time for the Event.
