The ground-breaking construction started in 1977, and finished in 1984. The main god to be worshipped is Lord Zu Shi, secondly worshiped to Shakyamuni Buddha, Bodhisattva, Earth Bodhisattva, Heaven Queen. The temple is prosperous in incense, and a great crowd of people come to pay their respect.
於民國66年動土興建，民國73年完竣安座。主祀顯應祖師爺，配祀釋迦牟尼佛、觀世音菩薩、地藏王菩薩、上天聖母等。該寺廟香火鼎盛，參拜民眾絡繹不絕。
