I'm over from the UK for a few weeks and didn't want to miss out on the CITO souvenir while I was away from home. I had to do exactly he same here last year!
There's lots of litter round here. We might get some funny looks from locals but it's a good thing to demonstrate. After we've done our bit we can go for a drink together nearby. CITO means Cache-In-Trash-Out. Essentially it's the caching world's way of giving something back by doing their bit to help the environment. Sorting out the Chinese environmental situation in a weekend is probably too big an ask but we can do a bit and show solidarity with all the other CITO events going on around the world. Everyone who attends a CITO event this week gets a special virtual souvenir added to their profile automatically. Bring a carrier bag to put some rubbish in and maybe some gloves too. If you arrive and there's no-one there then we will have gone to the nearby Route 66 bar, a short walk to the south (see waypoint). Please log a "Will Attend" if you plan to come so I know how many to expect (if any!).
