Geocache Description:

A small series of 5 Caches, quick and easy to find and a tad silly at times, along a trail of places we played as kids, built many bases usually Tree bases but there were others constructed from fly tipped builders waste, we incurred minor injuries on a regular basis falling out trees was a speciality, and it was thus the nickname Spanner was born.

The twitchell passes over the Tottle Brook a little stream that travels a long way

The Tottle Brook rises at Spring Farm on Trowell Moor and flows into the Trent at Wilford

Tottle brook Comes out from under the footpath at the end of Yalding Drive Wollaton.

It used to emerge from under the canal which was once here. I believe it  goes behind the houses on the north side of Fernwood Crescent then goes underground to get under Wollaton Vale.
