My roots run deep in western Kentucky. My family has been here for over 200 years. I started the first grade in Cuba, KY and graduated college at Murray State. I may live in central Texas, but I can say that I am not a Texan. I do not even own a pair of cowboy boots. In fact, I can still say that I have lived more years in Kentucky than I have lived in Texas. Plus, I get back to Kentucky for a visit quite often and still have plenty of family in the area. Since I have found over 250 caches in western Kentucky, I can say it is one of my main geocaching stomping grounds. I think of this as a companion cache for a cache I have hidden in Austin called ‘Kentucky Trivia’ (GC5A0K1). Check out the questions and see how well you know Kentucky. Then, check out the following questions and see you well you know Texas.
